Amitabh Bachchan recently filled one of his fans’ days with joy as he gifted his famous Shahenshah jacket to a Saudi Arabian fan. The iconic Bollywood actor was spotted gifting his friend the black jacket with a steel arm he wore in the 1988 film.
Amitabh’s friend posted a thank you note on social media, praising the actor for contributing to the entertainment world. He also wished him well in recovering from a muscle tear he suffered while shooting for a new movie in Hyderabad, Project K.
In a tweet, the supporter wrote: “@SrBachchan To the legendary and one of the best actors in the entertainment world in all time, You are an honor not to India only but to the world. Thank you for your gift; it means a lot.” He was accompanied by emojis of the Saudi Arabian and Indian flags with their hands folded.
The actor responded to his supporter: “Thank you, I’m happy to know that it was well received. I promise to share how I retrieved it with you at some point, as the jacket holds great sentimental value to me.”
